Even I ordered it a few weeks ago, something happened with the DHL and I received the footrest in just 3 days but the chair itself was blocked till I introduced manually in dhl tracking page the postal code (even if I did it in hinomi site while ordering).
OK it wasn’t critical, because the chair is well packaged, but it was a little hard to carry it inside because the box was big and heavy.
I just installed it yesterday, it was very easy because of the instructions inside the box.
The chair looks amazing. I have only one day spent on it but the average of configurations is impressive and really usefully.
I’m sure that it will help my back pains, because after only one day but I felt that the ergonomic part was properly calculated by the Hinomi engineers.
Thank you once again and for the moment, it is far away my best chair ever bought.
