I purchased two (2) Hinomi H2 Pro Ergonomic Office Chairs with Optional Leg Rest on 8 April 2026. However, on the expected delivery date of 10 April 2026, only one chair was delivered. I immediately brought this to your attention via email on the same day. Your team responded that the second package may have been missed during delivery by DHL and that the matter had been escalated to the courier.

I then contacted Hinomi via WhatsApp using the phone number obtained from Instagram. However, as of today, there has been no reply.

On 15.4.2026, I received an email from Hinomi informing me that they had arranged a new shipment.

I would also like to raise a separate concern regarding the delivery experience. The chair that was delivered, a package weighing approximately 30kg, was left at my doorstep by the delivery personnel without any assistance. When I requested assistance to move the item indoors, I was refused. For an item of this size and weight, it is unreasonable to expect a customer to manage it entirely on their own, and the refusal to provide even basic assistance falls well below acceptable service standards.

I wish to be candid that Hinomi is still relatively new in the Malaysian market, and there are limited local reviews available. My decision to purchase two chairs was based on trust in your brand and the positive feedback I had seen. This experience, however, has significantly undermined that trust. As a customer who chose to place confidence in your product, I expected a much higher standard of service.

I recently purchased two Hinomi H2 Pro chairs, and overall, I am very satisfied with the investment. Right out of the box, you can tell these are high-quality pieces of furniture. They provide excellent ergonomic support and are incredibly comfortable for long hours of sitting.
One of the two chairs I received had a slight defect. However, I was very impressed by Hinomi’s customer service. I reached out to them, and they were extremely responsive—they promptly replaced the defective part/unit without any hassle. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product so effectively.
If you’re looking for comfort and reliability, I highly recommend the H2 Pro.

The best chair I never had. I think the armrest hinge is a bit too loose and opens too easily; it would be great if it were adjustable or a bit stiffer.

When i first got my chair it was very uncomfortable and hard to get a position that felt right. after the second day of twisting knobs and leaning back and forward i found the perfect position and it's great. i don't get lower back pain from long gaming sessions anymore and overall it's worth the money. if you spend a lot of money on a pc that you use daily, you should spend a lot of money on a chair that you use daily. highly reccomend

I am satisfied wiu build quality and adjustability. Well packaged and easy to setup.
